1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be happy with every purchase you make from Primamavel. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 30 days from the date you receive it, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Products must be returned with all original tags, manuals, accessories, and packaging.
  • Products must be free from any damage or signs of use.
  • Personalized or customized products are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened toys or products that have been used, including items with safety seals that have been broken or tampered with.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.

2. How to Return Your Item

To return a product, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Prepare the Item for Return: Pack the item securely in the original packaging. Ensure that all tags, manuals, and accessories are included. Write the RAN clearly on the outside of the package.

  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please Note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or help you find an alternative product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
